The Villa

In 1972, Guam Garden Villa was built by Mr. & Mrs. Geronimo (Romy) Ferjeran Laguana in the central village of Ordot, Guam. Romy, a born native of Guam married Herta, who is from New Ulm, Germany. The Laguana’s raised five children in this home and decided to open Guam’s first and licensed bed and breakfast homestay for visitor’s to enjoy the culture, heritage and lifestyle of the Chamorro people.

Guam Garden Villa is beautifully landscaped in a tropical island village setting and consist of four bedrooms, all air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The facility includes an outdoor party kitchen. The modest room rate includes a continental breakfast and your fill of coffee or tea.

Rooms are available with multiple accommodations. Example, one large room has three single beds available. Also, apartment style accommodation is available with sitting room, bedroom, kitchen and private bath. Hot running water and showers are available 24 hours daily.
