"Staying at the Guam Garden Villa Bed and Breakfast Homestay is just that: a visit to someone's lovely home surrounded by equally lovely gardens-on Guam! I lived there for over two months while on business and feel so very fortunate to have found it. I was welcomed into the owner's charming extended family, invited to their family functions including lunches, casual get-together and even a wedding! I had a fully furnished apartment with my own kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. It was perfect. I became a part of the owner's family and was welcomed with open arms. It is quiet, you have all the privacy you want, the food is wonderful and it is centrally located. I highly recommend the Guam Garden Villa Bed and Breakfast Homestay for individuals, families and people on extended business engagements. Staying at the Villa is, certainly for me, far better than staying at a large, impersonal hotel but it is still close enough to everything so that the many beaches and attractions on Guam can be enjoyed. I will make this my lodging of choice on future trips to the Island simply because, when I come back, it will be like coming home".

I wanted to thank you for the WONDERFUL stay for 3 weeks at Easter time, 2007. My husband and I enjoyed your hospitality tremendously. Your B&B name, "Guam Garden Villa", certainly describes your home! Your large, walled "garden" or "yard", was lovely, with the many beautiful, flowering trees and peaceful landscaping. I particularly enjoyed your spacious front porch, which afforded a nice breeze and a lovely view of the tropical fauna, with the sweet smell of Plumeria drifting by . . . . ahhhh, how I miss Guam! Our family apartment was comfortable, very clean, private and "homey". Nothing "cookie cutter fancy" like a chain hotel, but rather, "just like home". The air conditioning was a big PLUS in our comfort, and we enjoyed having a private bathroom, as well as the private patio door. And the ready supply of travel brochures on our coffee table was a bonus that we used extensively! Your continental breakfasts were delicious, and just "right" in making our adjustment from a colder climate (Pennsylvania in winter) to the warm, tropical air of Guam! Most importantly, our breakfast talks in the morning helped to educate and explain to us about the cultural traditions and things we saw as |"peculiarities" of Guam. When we saw something of interest during our daily outings, you were always available with an explanation and to lend your advice. Although everyone on Guam was exceedingly polite and friendly, we simply could not have gotten such personal attention from a "hotel clerk". In closing, let me just say that if any visitor wants a more personalized visit to Guam, at a reasonable, affordable price, I would highly recommend Guam Garden Villa as a starting point in seeking accommodations.
